Barbour's Bedale Waxed Parka reinterprets the iconic Bedale in a longer, more contemporary silhouette, while retaining the brand's British Heritage DNA. Barbour presents it as an evolution of its classic Bedale Waxed Jacket, designed to combine heritage with modern functionality.
Crafted from 6 oz Sylkoil waxed cotton, it offers effective protection against the elements while developing the characteristic patina of Barbour jackets. It also benefits from lightweight 60g insulation, ideal for providing an extra layer of warmth without making the parka too bulky.
Its construction features a fixed hood, a storm flap, an adjustable hem, and several functional pockets, including handwarmer pockets and bellows pockets. The inner lining features the famous Barbour tartan, while Barbour embroidery signs the lower left pocket.
In this Brown version, the Bedale Waxed Parka offers a warm and authentic alternative to the traditional Olive, particularly easy to pair with raw denim, beige, navy, ecru, or khaki.
