Access to and use of the website www.theoriginaldistrict.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on The Original District to consumers located in Belgium and the European Union.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
The photographs are not contractual, but the team strives to ensure a faithful correspondence between the visuals and the delivered items.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are not included in the indicated prices and are specified before the order is validated.
The Original District reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After validating the cart, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order.
The sale is considered final upon receipt of full payment.
6. Payment
Payments are secured via Shopify's approved providers (Stripe, PayPal, credit cards).
Bank details are never stored by The Original District.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made in Belgium and the European Union.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and the carrier.
Once the package has been dispatched, the customer receives a tracking link.
In case of delay or loss, The Original District undertakes to find a suitable solution with the concerned carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
