At District Fripiers, we do our best to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Preparation and shipping of your order

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after your order is confirmed.

Please note: this timeframe corresponds to the preparation and shipping time of your order by District Fripiers, not the carrier's delivery time.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery with Mondial Relay

All our orders are shipped via Mondial Relay.

Once your package has been prepared and picked up by Mondial Relay, the usual delivery times are:

🇧🇪 Belgium: approximately 1 to 3 business days

🇫🇷 France: approximately 2 to 4 business days

These times are indicative and start from the effective pickup of your package by Mondial Relay. They may vary depending on the period, destination, or circumstances beyond our control.

They are therefore added to our preparation and shipping time of 24 to 48 business hours.

Tracking your package

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the necessary information to track your package.

A small delay may sometimes be necessary before the first tracking information appears on Mondial Relay's system.
